At the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held earlier today, all Resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed.

Dividend

The final dividend of 4.4 pence approved by shareholders today will be paid on 10 August 2018 to Members on the Register at the close of business on 6 July 2018.
