Dividend Declaration
The Company announces that it proposes a final dividend of 3.3 pence per share (totalling £0.42m) in respect of the year ended 31 December 2014, up from 3.0 pence per share (totalling £0.38m) in 2013.
Subject to approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting, the final 2014 dividend (3.3 pence per share) will be paid on 12 May 2015 to shareholders on the register as at 7 April 2015, and the shares will become ex dividend on 2 April 2015.
