Director Dealing
BrainJuicer, (AIM: BJU), the online market research agency, announces that it was notified today that James Geddes, CFO and a director of the Company, has today transferred a further 14,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP. This was executed by way of a sale of 14,000 shares to his SIPP at a price of 362p.
Following the above transaction, James Geddes' beneficial interest remains 192,325 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.6% of the voting rights of the Company.
