Director Dealing
BrainJuicer (AIM: BJU), a leading international online market research agency, has been informed that Simon Godfrey, a non-executive director of the Company since 2003, intends to retire from the board of directors (the "Board") at the end of calendar 2012.
In preparation, Mr Godfrey has decided to reduce his shareholding in BrainJuicer, and has today informed the Company that he has disposed of 20,000 ordinary shares at a price of 290 pence per share. Following the above transaction, Mr Godfrey now holds 64,298 ordinary shares representing 0.5% of total issued share capital with voting rights.
The Board take this opportunity to acknowledge his considerable contribution to the Company over the last eight and a half years, and intend to find a suitable replacement for him in due course.
