Board Changes

System1 announces the appointment of Jane Caroline Wakely (47), as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Jane is currently Global Chief Marketing Officer for Pet Nutrition at Mars Incorporated. In this role she is accountable for the Pet Nutrition brand portfolio, marketing and digital strategy globally. She has been at Mars for 17 years, was recently a finalist in the WFA's (World Federation of Advertisers) Global Marketer of the Year 2017 award - recognised for her creative leadership, purpose marketing and evidence based approach to growth. Prior to joining Mars, Jane worked for Procter & Gamble for almost a decade where she worked in marketing across brands in the Health and Beauty Care division. Jane is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from Bath Spa University.

Jane does not hold any shares in the Company. Other than disclosed above, there are no disclosures required in relation to Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

With effect from 25 July 2018, following the Company's Annual General Meeting at which Ken Ford, Chairman, is retiring, Graham Blashill is appointed Chairman of the Board, and Robert Brand as Senior Independent Director. Following the recent appointment of Sophie Tomkins announced on 11 June 2018, this completes the planned reconstitution of the Board. Going forward, the Board will comprise four independent Non-Executive Directors, and three Executive Directors, and has a balance of skills, experience and independence.
