BrainJuicer, (AIM: BJU), the innovative, international online market research agency, announces that it has issued 3,011 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy stock option exercises.
Application has been made for the 3,011 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission of the new shares will occur on 22 August 2016. The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Following the issue of the shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 12,362,544. The Company continues to hold 864,229 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares.
