System C Healthcare PLC ("System C"), the provider of specialist IT products and services to the health and social care sectors,Β announces the resignation ofΒ Andrew Coll,Β Group Finance Director.Β He will be leaving System C to take upΒ a new roleΒ inΒ QatarΒ early in 2010.Β
The Board has commenced a search forΒ hisΒ successor. Whilst this process is underway, Thomas Chambers, non executive director at System C and formerly Chief Financial Officer for mobile phone software company Symbian, has been appointed Acting Group Finance Director. He will take up this role in the new yearΒ on Andrew Coll's departure.
Andrew joined System C inΒ 2005Β and served on the Board as an executive director since that time. He is moving toΒ QatarΒ to take up the role of Chief Financial Officer for Meeza, aΒ managed IT services and solutions company which is a privately-held joint venture with the Qatar Foundation.
