In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), Synthomer plc (the "Company") today announces the following to the market:
As at 16 October 2023, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 163,567,621 ordinary shares of 1 pence each and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company, attributable to such ordinary shares, is 163,567,621.
None of the Company's ordinary shares are held in treasury.
This figure of 163,567,621 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
