Plastics Capital plc (AIM: PLA), the niche plastics products group, announces that it was informed today that Mr Andrew Walker, Non-executive director of Plastics Capital plc, has purchased a total of 27,485 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below:
