Directorate Update 

The Company announces that Andrew Walker, a non-executive director of the Company is also a director of Bioganix plc, an AIM listed company which was placed into compulsory liquidation on the application of the directors of Bioganix on 30 April 2009.

There are no other matters required to be reported pursuant to Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
