Plastics Capital plc (the "Company")
Director Shareholding
The Company was informed on 7 July 2009 that on that day Faisal Rahmatallah, Chairman of the Company, transferred 102,059 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') to Nicolino Asset Holdings Limited ("Nicolino"), at a price of 28.5p per Ordinary Share. There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares and Mr Rahmatallah's interest is unchanged following this transfer, standing at 2,645,895 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 9.84 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital being 26,900,063. All of Mr. Rahmatallah's beneficial holding of Ordinary Shares is now held by Nicolino.
