Director's Shareholding

Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc (the "Company") was informed yesterday that on the same day, one of its Directors, Nicolas Clavel, received by way of gift from a relative, 50,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company. Mr Clavel now holds 400,000 shares representing 0.3% of the total shares in issue.
