Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 29 May 2018, Ian Bristow, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, carried out a 'Bed and SIPP' transfer of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his nominee share dealing account into a SIPP.
Following the transfer, Ian Bristow remains beneficially interested in 1,163,925 Ordinary Shares which equates to 0.75 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
