Director Dealing
The Company has been notified that Michael Stephen, Commercial Director and Deputy Chairman of the Company, transferred a total of 265,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife. Subsequently, Mr Stephen and his wife, Virginia Stephen have each sold 265,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 13.75p per Ordinary Share and used their personal ISAs to each purchase 255,584 Ordinary Shares at a price of 13.77p per Ordinary Share. Mr Stephen has also purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.20p per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction Mr. Stephen is now beneficially interested in 1,352,176 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
