Update
Aurum Mining plcΒ (AIM: AUR)Β is giving a furtherΒ update to the market following the announcementsΒ made on 19Β and 28Β AugustΒ 2008,Β in which it was announced that it had reached a settlement with the plaintiff in the civil case in which the Company's wholly ownedΒ subsidiaries Andash Mining Company and Kaldora Company Limited were named as co-defendants.
The Bishkek Inter-District Court of Kyrgyzstan, which was expected to close the case today, did not hear the case, but it isΒ believedΒ it will be heard shortly. A further announcement will be made in due course.
