In accordance with the transitional provisions of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital comprisesΒ 75,175,446Β ordinary shares of 10p each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holdsΒ 1,000,000 ordinaryΒ sharesΒ of 10p eachΒ in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of voting rights isΒ 75,175,446.
The above figureΒ 75,175,446Β may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Scott Wilson Group plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
