Scott Wilson Group plc13 November 2007 Scott Wilson Group plc ("the Company") Total Voting Rights In accordance with the transitional provisions of the FSA's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital as at 31October 2007 comprises 75,071,056 ordinary shares of 10p each. The voting rightsof all of these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to onevote. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's totalnumber of voting rights is 75,071,056.
