Restated segmentalΒ analysisΒ of historic results to reflect newΒ
Group management structureΒ
As signalled to investors at the time of its final resultsΒ in JuneΒ 2009Β Scott Wilson Group plc ("the Group")Β has been working towards aΒ revisedΒ reporting structure thatΒ isΒ in line with the new sector facing operating structure.
The new structure hasΒ alreadyΒ broughtΒ improvedΒ focus on worldwide clients and markets. TheΒ Board believes that bringing the segmental reporting in line with this structure will improve investors' understanding of the Group's operations.
The trading activities of the Group areΒ nowΒ managed throughΒ five core market-facingΒ sectors andΒ four overseasΒ regions, as follows:

In order to enable investors to make future comparisons the segmentalΒ revenue and results for the 26 weeks to 26 October 2008 and 53 weeks to 3 May 2009 have been restatedΒ to reflect the new management structure.Β ThereΒ haveΒ been no adjustments to the headline consolidated resultsΒ that were reportedΒ on 9 DecemberΒ 2008 andΒ 30 June 2009Β respectively.
