SCOTT WILSONΒ PRE-CLOSE STATEMENT
On 10 March 2009, Scott Wilson GroupΒ PLCΒ issued its Interim Management Statement for the period from 12 December 2008 to March 10 2009.Β

Since that statementΒ there has been littleΒ change toΒ market conditions. Therefore theΒ Board reiterates the guidance given at that time, that underlying operatingΒ profits for the year ending 3rd May 2009 (before exceptional charges) are expected to be broadly in line with the previous financial year.

Scott Wilson will report preliminary results on 30 June 2009.
