Director/PDMR Shareholding
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), has been notified that David Williams, Chairman, (via the DW Pension Fund) has today purchased 6,250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 4.5 pence per share.
Following this market purchase, Mr Williams' interest in the share capital of the Company has increased to a total of 119,833,994 Ordinary Shares representing 12.43 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
