Director/PDMR Shareholding
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG) was notified of the following transactions in ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by directors of the Company.
Certain Directors subscribed for new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Placing at the Placing Price approved by shareholders on 16 October 2018. David Williams*, Chairman has acquired 8,333,422 new Ordinary Shares. In addition, Mo Stevens, Chief Executive Officer, and non-executive Director, Stephen Ball, have acquired 694,400 new Ordinary Shares each.
* The Ordinary Shares acquired by David Williams were acquired by Wentworth Limited, a company in which Mr Williams has a beneficial interest.
