BLOCKLISTING APPLICATION

The Company announces that a blocklisting application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 805,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company ("Shares"), to be issued subject on the exercise of these remaining outstanding warrants in the Company. The Shares shall, upon issue, rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and the blocklisting is expected to become effective on 6 August 2010.
