Andash Project Update
Aurum Mining plc (AIM: AUR) is giving an update to the market following the announcement made on 27 June 2008. In the civil case, in which the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries Andash Mining Company and Kaldora Company Limited are named as co-defendants, the case has now been referred back to the Bishkek Inter-District court. Due to the current unavailability of the assigned judge however, it is not yet known on what date the Bishkek Inter-District court will hear the case.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
