Andash Project Update

Aurum Mining plc (AIM: AUR) is giving an update to the market following theΒ announcement made onΒ 27 June 2008. In the civil case, in which the Company's whollyΒ owned subsidiaries Andash Mining Company and Kaldora Company Limited areΒ namedΒ as co-defendants, the case has now been referred back to theΒ BishkekΒ Inter-DistrictΒ court. Due to the current unavailability of the assigned judgeΒ however, it is not yet known onΒ what date theΒ BishkekΒ Inter-DistrictΒ court will hear the case.
