Aurum Mining plcΒ (AIM: AUR)Β makes the following updateΒ to the market following theΒ announcement made onΒ 8Β MayΒ 2008.
The civil case, in which the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries Andash Mining Company and Kaldora Company Limited,Β are named asΒ co-defendantsΒ has been adjourned and is now due toΒ be heard in the Bishkek Inter-District Court in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan onΒ 16Β May 2008.Β
