Adviser Update
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group, announces that Cenkos Securities plc will act as the Company's sole broker with effect from today. Cenkos Securities plc remains the Company's nominated adviser.
David Williams, Chairman of Shearwater Group, commented: "As part of our regular cost monitoring procedure and given the size of our company, the Board came to the view that the cost of having two brokers was not providing sufficient value to shareholders. Accordingly we have streamlined our financial adviser relationships to Cenkos as our Nominated Adviser and sole broker."
