Aurum Mining PLC08 March 2007 AURUM MINING PLC ("the Company") 8 March 2007 ADDITIONAL LISTING Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 51,428 ordinaryshares of 1p each ("Shares") in the Company, pursuant to the conversion of£18,000 nominal of the Company's Secured Convertible Loan Note 2009. Upon issue,the Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinaryshares, and dealings in the Shares are expected to commence on 14 March 2007. Upon admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise42,766,895 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold anyshares in treasury.
