Scott Wilson Group plc04 June 2007 SCOTT WILSON GROUP PLC ("Scott Wilson" or "the Company") Additional Listing Further to the acquisition of Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. ("RPA"), announcedlast year, RPA has exceeded the performance targets stipulated within the saleand purchase agreement in respect of the first year of ownership by ScottWilson, as a result of which the RPA vendors are entitled to receive 46,620ordinary shares in Scott Wilson. Application has been made for 46,620 ordinaryshares of 10 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List ofthe UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issuedordinary shares in the Company and it is expected that dealings will commence on8 June 2007. The RPA vendors are entitled to further consideration of up to 186,480 ordinaryshares over the next four years, again subject to the achievement of agreedperformance targets.
