Aurum Mining PLC05 March 2007 AURUM MINING PLC ("the Company") 5 March 2007 ADDITIONAL LISTING Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 285,714ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") in the Company, pursuant to the conversionof £100,000 nominal of the Company's Secured Convertible Loan Note 2009. Uponissue, the Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issuedordinary shares, and dealings in the Shares are expected to commence on 9 March2007. Upon admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise42,715,467 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold anyshares in treasury.
