£4.4m new contract win with leading UK telecom and media company

Shearwater Group plc, the cybersecurity, advisory, and managed security services group, is pleased to announce the award of a major data security contract, worth £4.4m over three years. The new contract has been signed between Brookcourt Solutions ("Brookcourt"), a Shearwater Group company and trusted provider of enterprise IT and cybersecurity services and a leading UK-based mass media and telecommunications provider.

Under the agreement, Brookcourt will act as the strategic solutions provider, delivering a cutting-edge, data-centric security and compliance platform in partnership with one of its premier technology vendors. This robust solution equips security and compliance teams with advanced capabilities, including integrated data visibility, predictive analytics, and automation, enabling proactive protection of sensitive data regardless of where it resides.

The client, a prominent telecommunications company serving millions of broadband, mobile and home services subscribers across the UK, selected Brookcourt's solution to bolster data protection and ensure compliance across its complex digital infrastructure.

This win reinforces Brookcourt's reputation as a trusted, value-add partner for large enterprises seeking scalable, innovative, and regulation-ready data security strategies.

The revenue and cost of sales in respect to this contract will be recognised in FY25, and are expected to support the Group in delivering results for the period in line with market expectations, representing significant annualised growth in both revenue and Adjusted EBITDA from FY24.
