Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 6 June 2017 (the "Final Terms") in respect of Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc's (the "Issuer") £250,000,000 1.125 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due September 2021 (the "Notes") guaranteed by Severn Trent Water Limited (the "Guarantor") issued under its €6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 23 June 2016 relating to the Programme (which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive) (the "Prospectus") as supplemented by the supplementary prospectuses dated 24 November 2016 and 30 May 2017 (the "Supplementary Prospectuses"). Full information on the Issuer, the Guarantor and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus (as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses).
