Savills PLC12 January 2007 Savills plc (the "Company")Voting Rights and Capital On 9 January 2007, in conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitionalprovision 6 (the "Directive"), the Company notified the market that theCompany's issued share capital consisted of 135,126,684 ordinary shares of 2.5pnominal value with voting rights. Under the Directive, all subsequent alteration which occurs before 20 January2007 requires notification. Accordingly, the Company would like to notify themarket of the following: On 11 January 2007 the Company purchased 3,500,000 shares for cancellation.Therefore, as at the date of this announcement the Company's issued sharecapital consists of 131,626,684 ordinary shares of 2.5p nominal value withvoting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore,the total number of voting rights in the Company is 131,626,684. The above figure (131,626,684) may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
