Savills PLC18 October 2007 Savills plc ("Savills" or the "Company") Appointment of New Group Chief Executive on Retirement of Aubrey Adams The Board of Savills announces the retirement of Aubrey Adams and theappointment of a new Group Chief Executive. Aubrey Adams, Group Chief Executive, indicated earlier this year, that after 17years, he was considering retiring from the Board of Savills in 2008. The Boardof Savills subsequently undertook a detailed succession planning exerciseinvolving an external advisor and is pleased to announce that with effect fromthe Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2008, Jeremy Helsby will be Group CEO andAubrey Adams will retire from the Board. Jeremy Helsby is a member of the Savills Board and has been Chairman of the UKand European Commercial businesses for seven years, having joined Savills in1980.
