Application has been made today to the Financial Conduct Authority for 1,947,976 ordinary shares of 2.5p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List (premium listing) and to the London Stock Exchange plc for the Shares to be admitted to trading on its main market for listed securities (together "Admission").
The Shares are to be issued to satisfy the third instalment of Savills plc ordinary shares to be received by former Studley, Inc. stockholders entitled thereto as part of the consideration payable in relation to the acquisition of Studley, Inc., completion of which became effective on 30 May 2014.
Admission is expected to become effective on 30 May 2017 and dealings in the Shares will commence at that time.
When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Savills plc ordinary shares.
