SAVILLS PLC (THE "COMPANY")
GRANT OF SHARESAVE SCHEME OPTIONSNOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Company announces that following a valid application from Savills UK's CEO James Sparrow to participate in the Company's all-employee 2018 Sharesave Scheme, on 2 October 2018 options over the Company's ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") were granted as follows:

Subject to the rules of the Savills Sharesave Scheme, the options may be exercised at the end of the three year saving contract at the exercise price set out above. The expected maturity date of these options is 1 November 2021.
