SAVILLS PLC (THE "COMPANY")
ALLOCATION OF SHARES UNDER THE SAVILLS SHARE INCENTIVE PLANNOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Savills Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan") is a share purchase plan available to all employees of participating companies and Executive Directors/ PDMRs are eligible to participate. Each month the Trustees of the Plan invest participants' contributions in Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at the prevailing market price in accordance with the Plan Rules.
The Company has been advised by the Trustees of the Plan that on 10 April 2019, Ordinary Shares were allocated at £9.4185 per share to the following PDMRs of Savills plc who are participants in the Plan:
