Vesting of Share Awards
Awards made on 26 June 2013 over ordinary shares of the Company under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan have now become unconditional following the end of their Deferred Period. In satisfaction of the Awards, on 29 June 2016 shares have been transferred to Directors and PDMRs of the Company as follows:-
