TRANSACTION IN SHARES BY PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)
Vesting of Share Award
Part of an award made on 19 December 2018 over ordinary shares of the Company under the Company's Deferred Share Plan has become unconditional in all respects following the end of its Deferred Period on 31 December 2019 and the Directors determining on 20 March 2020 that the performance conditions attached to the award have been met. In satisfaction of the award, the Trustee of the Group's US Employee Benefit Trust ("Trustee") effected the transfer of shares, following the settlement of associated tax liabilities through the sale of shares, to a PDMR of the Company as follows:-
