SAVILLS ANNOUNCES NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
Savills plc, the international real estate advisor, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dana Roffman as an additional Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 November 2019.
Dana Roffman is currently a Partner in Angelo Gordon LP and Managing Director and Investment Committee member in the US Real Private Equity Group of Angelo Gordon & Co, which she joined in 1994, prior to which she held various positions with Arthur Andersen Real Estate Services from 1990-92. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Schack Institute of Real Estate of New York University, having been appointed to that Board in 2018.
There is no further information which would require disclosure under 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority in respect of Dana Roffman.
Commenting on the changes, Nicholas Ferguson, Chairman of Savills plc said : "We are delighted that Dana is joining the Board so that Savills can benefit from her extensive real estate experience, notably in the US, which in particular will be invaluable as we further grow our US business".
