ServicePower Technologies PLC ("ServicePower" or the "Company") AGM Statement - 7th June 2007

ServicePower, the established world leading provider of scheduling software and outsourcing services to the field service industry announces that at today's Company AGM held in London at 12.00am today the Chairman, Barry Welck, will make the following statement.

"2007 has seen us continue to win new contracts with brand-name clients in the UK and US where we see strong demand for both our Software as a Service (SaaS) and Outsourcing service offerings. Whilst each contract is not large enough to warrant an announcement its own right the contracts won since the announcement of our Preliminary Results on 11th April are worth in excess of ‚£800,000 revenue annually. We look forward to the incremental contribution these contracts will make to revenues in the long term as the solutions are taken up by other divisions within our client's businesses.

The business as a whole is on track to meet the full year goals supported by a strong balance sheet effected by the recent fund raising. Consequently the Board is confident the Company will see a successful outcome for the year."
