ServicePower Technologies PLC ("ServicePower" or the "Company") Additional Listing ServicePower (LSE: SVR) the recognised market leader in artificial intelligencebased, field service scheduling solutions and computer services, todayannounced an application has recently been made to the UK Listing Authority andthe London Stock Exchange for 224,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to tradingon the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission").The Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the Service Agreement agreedwith Chris Smith upon his appointment on 2 January 2004 as Chief ExecutiveOfficer of ServicePower Field Service Solutions business division, as firstreported in April 2004. It was agreed a bonus would be payable in shares on thesecond to fifth anniversaries of his appointment.
