Dividend Declaration
Second Interim Dividend
Following the publication of the 2018 accounts of Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc, which have now been filed at Companies House, the Directors are pleased to declare a second interim capital dividend of 18 pence (net) per Ordinary Share for the year ended 31 December 2018, to be paid on 7 June 2019.
The ex-dividend date is 23 May 2019.
The record date is 24 May 2019.
