S & U PLC ("S&U" or "the Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has granted share options in respect of a number of ordinary shares in S & U PLC to Company directors and PDMRs under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
The option awards were all made on 24 September 2010.
The earliest date the awards will vest is on 24 September 2013. Under the terms of the LTIP an exceptional award of 30,000 options was made to JG Thompson Managing Director of our Motor Finance business in recognition of his extraordinary achievement in the development of this business over the past eleven years. The vesting of this exceptional award is subject to remaining in employment with the Company for three years. The vesting of the other awards to JG Thompson, CH Redford and MJ Mullins is subject to remaining in employment with the Company for three years and meeting stretching performance targets.
