S&U were advised today that Mr Chris Redford, Director of S&U, had on 15th October 2013 transferred 5,095 S&U Ordinary Shares at nil cost to his wife Tina Redford.

Following these transactions, the beneficial holdings of Chris Redford remain unchanged at 5,095 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the total voting rights of the Company.
