Following the above acquisition of shares, Benedict Green holds 966,584 Ordinary Shares in the Company and persons closely associated with Benedict Green hold 72,851 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together therefore Benedict Green and closely associated persons now hold a total of 1,039,435 Ordinary Shares in the Company. The Company issued announcements on 4th and 7th September stating that Benedict Green and closely associated persons were interested in a total of 1,034,014 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Whilst the specific trades in announcements were correctly shown, the correct total number of shares owned by Benedict Green and closely associated persons on 4th and 7th September should have been stated as 980,014 Ordinary Shares.
