Following the above acquisition of shares, Steve Peter Windsor holds 1,043,624 Ordinary Shares in the Company and persons closely associated with Steve Peter Windsor hold 275,862 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together therefore Steve Peter Windsor and closely associated persons now hold a total of 1,319,486 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
