Director Share Purchase
Supreme (AIM:SUP), a leading manufacturer, supplier, and brand owner of fast-moving consumer products, has been notified on 3 October 2023 that, Sandeep Singh Chadha, Chief Executive Officer, purchased the following Ordinary Shares in the Company:

The above acquisitions were made by Supreme 8 Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr Chadha.
In addition, the Company has been notified on 3 October 2023 that the Chadha Discretionary Trust 2020, a person closely associated (PCA) of Sandeep Singh Chadha, Chief Executive Officer, purchased the following Ordinary Shares in the Company:

Following these purchases, Mr. Chadha now has a total beneficial interest in 67,266,845 Ordinary Shares, representing 57.34% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Group's current share capital consists of 117,321,126 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
