Trading Update

Further to the announcement made on 12th February 2025, Surgical Innovations Group plc (AIM: SUN), the designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative medical technology for minimally invasive surgery ("MIS"), provides an update on expectations for the Company's full year results for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("FY24 Results").

The Company now expects to report revenues of not less than £11.8m and adjusted EBITDA¹ of between £0.0m to £0.4m.

Further to the announcement made on 1st April 2025, the Company confirms that it remains on track to publish its FY24 Results in May 2025.

¹Adjusted EBITDA is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization adjusted by deducting non-recurring exceptional costs, impairment of intangible acquisition costs and share based payment costs.
