Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was notified on 26 May 2016 that, on that day, Nigel Rogers and Paul Hardy, Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company respectively, each acquired 1,140,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Shares"). The Shares were purchased at a price of 1.75 pence per Share.

Following the transaction, the beneficial holding of Nigel Rogers in the Company is 2,905,273 Shares, representing approximately 0.60% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the transaction, the beneficial holding of Paul Hardy in the Company (comprising the holdings of Hardy Transaction Management Limited, a company in which he has a controlling interest, and his SIPP) is 2,913,973 Shares, representing approximately 0.60% of the issued share capital of the Company.
