Property letting update

The Company is pleased to announce its recent progress towards improving its annuity revenues through the letting of vacant space at Sutton Harbour:

The Company has sub-let the remaining two floors (totaling approximately 12,000 sq ft) of the award-winning Salt Quay House waterfront grade A office development in Sutton Harbour, to international serviced office provider Regus for a period of 10 years. Regus is the world's largest provider of workplace solutions, and operates over 1100 business centres across 500 cities in 85 countries.

Additionally, Jamaica House, a 6,400 sq ft historic building overlooking the Sutton Harbour, has been let by the Company for a period of 15 years to an established local restaurateur.

Lastly, additional commercial space of approximately 3,000 sq ft at the Sutton Harbour Fisheries Estate has been let by the Company for a period of 10 years to the Gael Force Marine Group, based in Inverness, which will bring important on-site chandlers services and supplies to the fisheries facility.
